VIA verifies whether the problem you are about to solve is actually the right one, before committing time, money, or reputation.
Result of the process
Proceed · Adjust · StopThese are not hypothetical. They are the conversations that precede costly decisions no one should make without prior verification.
The strategy was flawless, the team committed, the budget respected. And yet, nothing changed. The question no one asked: were you certain that was the actual problem? If the answer is "we assumed so," VIA intervenes exactly there.
Different areas see the same problem through different lenses. The decision is stuck because each diagnosis leads to a different solution. VIA takes no sides — it verifies which diagnosis has real evidence behind it and which is mere interpretation.
The same solution, adjusted. The same problem, renamed. The cycle repeats because the real cause was never identified. Every failed attempt is evidence that the initial diagnosis was wrong — and no one questioned it.
VIA does not recommend what to do. It only verifies whether what is planned makes sense against the actual problem.
By not implementing, VIA has no incentive for the problem to be one thing or another. Its only goal is verification.
The result is a direct conclusion: Proceed, Adjust, or Stop. No ambiguity. No escape.
"Executing the right solution on the wrong problem is an organization's most expensive waste."
VIA operates as a sequential filter applied during a structured conversation. The order is strict: each step depends on the previous one. It requires a present interlocutor — it cannot be executed on documents.
The verdict is not an open recommendation. It is a conclusion with verifiable justification.
The final decision and its consequences are the responsibility of whoever executes it.
The causal logic holds, the evidence is verifiable, and the proposed solution addresses the correct problem.
Partial inconsistencies exist that do not invalidate the decision, but require correction before execution.
The declared problem does not hold up, the evidence contradicts it, or the solution does not address what is actually happening.
